1.1 “BlueFlow Direct UK” refers to our company offering AdBlue delivery subscription services.

1.2 “AdBlue” refers to the diesel exhaust fluid provided by our service.

1.3 “Customer” refers to you, the individual or entity subscribing to our services.

1.4 “Subscription” refers to the agreement between the Customer and BlueFlow Direct UK for periodic AdBlue deliveries.

 

2. Subscription Service

2.1 Scope of Service: BlueFlow Direct UK delivers AdBlue to your designated address based on the subscription plan you select.

2.2 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and located in the UK to subscribe.

2.3 Subscription Plans: Customers can choose from various delivery frequencies (e.g., monthly, quarterly). Specific plan details, including pricing, will be provided at sign-up.

 

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Account Creation: To access the service, you must create an account, providing accurate and up-to-date information.

3.2 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Subscription Fees: The subscription fee is based on the selected plan and will be billed automatically at the agreed intervals.

4.2 Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via debit/credit card or direct debit.

4.3 Price Changes: BlueFlow Direct UK reserves the right to adjust prices with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice.

4.4 Late Payments: Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of the subscription.

 

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Address: Customers must provide a valid UK delivery address.

5.2 Delivery Schedule: Deliveries will occur based on the subscription plan. Exact dates may vary.

5.3 Delivery Issues: Customers must notify BlueFlow Direct UK of any delivery problems within 48 hours.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation by Customer: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via the customer account portal.

6.2 Refund Policy: Refunds are only issued for unused AdBlue that is returned in its original condition within 14 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee.

6.3 Cancellation by BlueFlow Direct UK: We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions due to non-payment, misuse of the service, or violations of these Terms.

 

7. Customer Obligations

7.1 Proper Use: AdBlue must only be used for its intended purpose (diesel exhaust fluid).

7.2 Compliance: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivered product is stored and handled in compliance with relevant UK safety standards.

 

8. Liability and Warranties

8.1 Product Quality: BlueFlow Direct UK ensures that AdBlue meets ISO 22241 standards.

8.2 Limited Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueFlow Direct UK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

8.3 Force Majeure: BlueFlow Direct UK is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).

 

9. Data Protection

9.2 Data Use: Customer data will be used solely for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

 

11. Changes to Terms

BlueFlow Direct UK reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and will take effect 30 days after notification.
